10yFirst, I would like to say thank you for your candor; we appreciate all feedback.
PROMOVE is a company which serves the needs of tens of thousands of people in the Atlanta area, so we naturally have some extended business hours. Having said that, we will never schedule you to work longer than a 9 hour day (to include an hour lunch), which is very typical in the sales industry. Being that we are a sales based, commission paid company, being at work more will lend to more customers and more earnings for every employee. In sharp contrast to most other commission paid companies, PROMOVE pays overtime to its sales people, for any hours worked over 40 in a week. Further, our sales people are only scheduled to work one 6 day work week out of three, allowing them more time with their families.
We have recently overhauled our entire compensation plan, allowing Property Specialists to make more money, and to achieve a senior level commission rate at a much faster pace.
I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your coworkers, as we take a lot of pride in hiring positive, motivated individuals who foster such an environment. Our management team, HR, the President and CEO have all made a concerted effort to encourage a positive work environment, where people are successful, all the while maintaining an open door policy.
While it sounds like PROMOVE wasn’t the best fit for you, I can assure you that we have many, many happy and tenured employees who are successful and also have families at home, enjoying a healthy work-life balance. We work hard to It appears that you were with the company for quite some time and, I know that I speak for the rest of the management team when I say that, we hate to lose great employees.
