Pay was good and contribute to a 401k.
I worked there until 2014 if I remember correctly. There was no option to put the correct year.

The employers are bullies. They degrade yo every chance you get.
Do not be enticed by the pay. This is a very toxic environment. Not only that the products they sell are a scam. And dangerous to your health.
