      Pros

      For the most part, people you work with really make this job. They are supportive and understanding of most situations.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership - CEO! Other SMT seem to not be given the proper handlings for situations and the 2 people at the top do everything in their power to ignore or silence those that raise concerns. Poor recognition and no room/willingness to change or even accept change, leading to a poor office/company culture. High employee turn over as many seem to leave due to the reasons above which also get ignored and "brushed under the carpet".

      Pros

      This company works with over half of the UK's top 100 brands, Since being here my trip to the supermarket takes so much longer because I am forever going 'we are working on that campaign'....., or 'that is one of ours.....' And not just in the UK, but all over the world. No two days are the same. It is fun and satisfying. also the bonus is very generous and with treats like constant chocolate and trips to National TV Awards at the 02, Paris for Olympics and Las Vegas for the lucky ones

      Cons

      The business works for the biggest brands and so inevitably there are risks that have to be managed carefully, hence why some of the comments from others are about there being lots of checks and processes, But failure is not an option.
