Great people to work with, benefits, fun work outings, dogs allowed in the office.
Cons
Poor management, poor communication from upper management, spreads critical employees too thin, asking for more money is like pulling teeth.

As the owner of this small business for over 20 years, I’m proud to have retained many employees with over 5-10-year tenures, and wanted to take the time to respond to this personally.
I agree that we have had some mis-hires with middle managers—this has been one of the toughest challenges of scaling from 1 employee to 35—but I am happy to say that we are back on track. Our new VP of Operations has made great strides in standardizing pay and raises, logically distributing workloads, and most importantly, allowing as many employees as possible to work on creative and proactive projects as opposed to reactive and repetitive tasks. These changes allow our employees to truly thrive in our fun work environment while continuing to provide our clients with the excellence they’ve come to expect.
I do appreciate your feedback and I will learn from it. Our people mean everything to me as a business owner and I recognize that we would not be here without them.
For motivated sales reps, there is almost unlimited earning potential.
The culture is collaborative, supportive, and like a family. I genuinely feel supported by leadership.
Cons
The industry can be challenging and building a book of business takes time and a lot of hard work.

I am not mean, and I do not treat people poorly. I treat people fairly. I also can't control what people put up here, but if you ask the people that are currently working at the company if they like it, the responses would be favorable. Of course, when we terminate people for just cause or performance issues, their answers are far less favorable, and chances are this is the case.
