Cons
Laid back attitude. People just try to work the minimum. I had no direct manager for over a year and nobody seemed to care about it. CEO never in the office and never communicates with employees, as if he don't care about the Company. Priorities changing all the time and on the last minute. Messy process and specs, lot of time wasted on back and forth.
