      Pros

      Very upscale office in Old Town Pasadena with reserved parking spot. Pay is decent although benefits are not.

      Cons

      New company. Wealthy boss has no prior HR experience and lacks leadership, effective management skills, basic wisdom and integrity. He yells at his small team of employees on a regular basis. He hovers and micromanages beyond the norm. He acts before thinking and will push you forward to take the blame and clean up the mess.

      The Boss lacks leadership skills in managing his small team of employees. He tends to act before he thinks. When he makes a mistake he would push you forward to take the blame and then have you clean up the mess.
