Pros
If you’re looking for a fast paced, collaborative work environment where your contributions are of high value then Promethium is the place for you. Despite the remote work the team communication is strong, and there is lots to keep you productive. The management efficient communicates and Kaycee keeps the team updated and well fed. :) the pay is competitive, great benefits and good work-life balance. The product itself seems to be changing the game in the data world, nice to be contributing to that.
Cons
The only con is that there are so many team members in different time zones which sometimes can hinder communication or turn around time, however thus far it truly hasn’t been a huge issue.
