Pros

Great working environment with some of the most talented developers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Everyone there is willing to help if you get stuck and your fellow devs are very knowledgeable in their fields. I came out know A LOT more than I did going in. The company does not shy away from challenging projects, which in turn allows you to grow tremendously as you put more and more projects under your belt. Andy Kucharski, the CEO, is supportive and enthusiastic about the career development of the employees, and is always trying to make the workplace better.

Cons

There will definitely be late nights as you spend your time wrapping your mind around new technologies for some of the more difficult projects we take on.

Thank you for your taking the time to write this review. It’s great to hear that you worked with some amazing individuals and were able to make some great friends at Promet Source. We want to be sure that our employees’ needs are met in terms of training for first time developers. We’ve brought expert in-house training to help new devs overcome the steep learning curve of Drupal. We’re also doubling down on the mentorship program. This feedback is helpful for us to know what areas we can work on to improve. -Andy CEO

Pros

Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

Cons

High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
