      Pros

      Flexible hours. Great people to work with ( both PMs and developers. ). Good pay & benefits. A good balance of fun projects. Yearly reviews. As long as you're a hard worker with a good attitude, you'll enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Can't think of anything worth mentioning. Maybe too many meetings at times?

      Pros

      Most of the people at Promet are incredibly hard workers. They truly care about their work and their customers and will go above and beyond to get their jobs done. Most people at the company genuinely like each other and want you to succeed.

      Cons

      High turnover in several departments, many people are severely overworked. Management generally does not respect employees’ boundaries.
