You get a fair shake from this company and they keep their promises. The sales and proposal team is sharp and you can tell they work hard. It was more fun pre-Covid with more on-site interaction but that's probably the same with every supplier.

Federal government contracting is unstable, but that isn't specific to Promaxis.
