If you are not someone who can work without supervision, this is not the company for you. We have a great relationship but we will and do hold each other accountable for our mistakes.

One of the things I enjoy about working here is the team that we have. All the people that we have working here are great and we have a lot of fun outside of work as well. We’ve had a couple company outings lately. We took a trip down to Kentucky Speedway for an Xfinity race that our owner sponsored. We camped for the weekend and had a great time. We’re going on a golf outing as well, which should be a lot of fun. We really just have a great cohesive team. I love the flexibility of the job and the pay. I like that I have a lot of freedom to work my jobs the way I see it. I don’t get micro-managed. The earning potential here is, in some outlooks, unlimited because we do such a wide variety of jobs. I like that there are incentives for doing the work right.

I haven't really found any cons to working here. We work hard and I enjoy working hard. We are well rewarded for our work and that's all you can ask for.
