Pros
Worked for ProMaster almost 7 years now. Pretty great place with a lot of good guys to work with. Pay is great with plenty of bonus incentives and stuff like that. Don, the owner, takes really good care of us. We have plenty of work always coming in so you’re never worrying if you’ll have something to go do or someone to help. You get to pick your own jobs and so no to ones that don’t feel right. It’s basically as close as you can get to owning your own company without having to tackle all the financial and complicated stuff. Don takes care of that. I enjoy the variety of jobs we do too, from drywall to electrical to plumbing, so we’re never getting bored doing the same thing day in day out.
Cons
High tech stuff can sometimes get confusing but it helps with productivity
