Very Third Class Company - Dot NET Developer Promarc Software Employee Review

The pain of the employee does not mean anything to the company, Employees are very worried about salary, Talent has no value, The increments are higher for those who flatter management, The owner of the company does big things to please the employee but does nothing, Throwing is too long. PF and deduct medical money from salary but do not accumulate in account not get medical. These are just big things and there are many small issues that I can't write in the comments. There is no distinction between talking to an employee.
