Mixed-Bag - Intake Coordinator Prologue Employee Review

Prologue is a small yet tightly knit team, everyone is extremely welcoming and wants to see you succeed. The work teaches you a lot of practical skills and helps build knowledge about clients in numerous industries.

This internship was remote and not directly client facing, so if you're not in DC and able to commute to the office you may feel a little disconnected from the team.

Opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. I was proud of the work I was able to do in assistance the homeless get the resources they needed.

Organization was a mess, management not on the same page as the workers and didn't really address concerns we brought up. Lacked real training for the job, it was trial by fire which in this profession can be very overwhelming.
