Pros
Mostly short work weeks, good pay, easy enough work. You get some nice dental benefits after a while
Cons
Early morning starts, insulting and racist managers. You don't get paid what was promised right away. They lie in front of your face for an excuse to give you a hard time. There's not enough employees to get the job done so you're not allowed to take sick days.
