      Pros

      Friendly co-workers generally - of course sometimes too friendly. Leeway to make changes to our product to make it better for clients.

      Cons

      Upper management not present most of the time and out of touch with employee's that earn the money for the company. Pay raises VERY infrequent. Employees not held accountable for 8 hour day. Low moral.

      Pros

      Salary commensurate with position, very friendly employees, very low turnaround. Many employees have been here 6+ years. Salespeople are aggressive, leads to business growth.

      Cons

      Technical employees are in different cities, which can be a detriment to a technology provider.
