There are a select few good and genuine people who work there.

Salary, commission is not “uncapped” as claimed. Your first 4 talent on assignment will never be paid out in commission. They call it your rental seat for being a recruiter. $42,000 base salary is complete crap considering you are a full cycle recruiter. Processes change daily and it’s impossible to keep up. Unrealistic goals and immense pressure from leadership. No transparency from above. Expected to work weekends even though they claim it’s voluntary. Payroll never gets the talents pay correct leaving the recruiter to somehow fix it, all they do is enter the number in a spreadsheet. Finding jobs in their ATS is impossible. There is no streamlined process. It is impossible to succeed at this company unless you’re a snake and don’t mind stomping on anyone along the way.
