decent pay for 40 hours in the NW Louisiana region and no college education. cant go up in supervisor or advanced roles higher than hourly without a college education even on the floor

late on reporting if overtime is mandatory or voluntary. extremely hot in the summer because of no central AC in the warehouse. feel a extreme disconnect between office and warehouse
