Pros
I've been writing and editing for such a long long that I started in print. Over the years, I've worked for consumer and trade magazines and websites or various degrees of popularity, including many startups. ProjectManager was my first time working in a marketing department writing copy. I've been working remote since I started over eight years ago and the company has always been supportive. Even though I'm not in the office and seen daily, my team leader has made sure the executive team knows what I do to keep the company successful. Everyone I've worked with is kind and dedicated. My immediate team works well together and makes it a pleasure to log in each day. I'm paid well for my time, respected for my expertise and compensated with flexibility and unlimited PTO. I've never had this kind of freedom and respect anywhere else in my career. We have a great product and it's an honor to work hard to make sure others understand that, too.
Cons
I can't think of anything negative to say about the company or my experience working here. We are in a groove and it's exciting to see ProjectManager taking off and owning its space in the market.
