Pros

The people I had the pleasure of working with.

Cons

The CEO was one of the most manipulative and degrading people I have ever had the displeasure of working under. Could not handle stressful situations well and lashed out on her employees constantly. Could not separate personal emotions from professional situations. Leaving for my mental health was by far the best decision I ever made.

(This is not an AI or Political Response) **This is the same disgruntled employee that made numerous accounts** We believe by each person being DEDICATED, they work hard so we can play hard. Yes, there is pressure at PSS. There was constant feedback and also their was alot of praise for doing well but many people tend to forget the praise. We are glad your mental health is doing better in your new work environment. Again, none of this was mentioned when you resigned. If wanted call the CEO to discuss.

Exposure to a wide variety of construction, DSA certification, project management, and staff augmentation projects. Collaborative team environment where employees have direct access to leadership and can contribute ideas. Small business atmosphere that allows team members to wear multiple hats, learn new skills, and accelerate professional growth. Flexible environment with opportunities for career advancement as the company continues to grow. Leadership is invested in training, mentoring, and helping employees develop both professionally and personally. Diverse project portfolio that provides valuable experience working with school districts, architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies. Employees have the opportunity to make a visible impact on projects and company initiatives rather than feeling like just a number. Supportive culture focused on teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Competitive benefits package including paid holidays, sick time, medical stipend, 401(k) matching, and professional development opportunities.

Cons

DSA is hard BUT you figure it out with Training

Pros

Great team environment with supportive coworkers and leadership. As an Administrative Assistant, I was given the opportunity to learn new skills, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute to the success of the company. The work is engaging, and no two days are exactly the same. Management values initiative and encourages professional growth, making it a great place for someone who wants to develop their career. I appreciated the collaborative culture, flexibility when needed, and the opportunity to work with a team that genuinely cares about delivering quality service to clients. The experience gained here can be valuable for future career advancement.

Cons

The workload can be fast-paced at times, especially when managing multiple priorities and deadlines. As the company continues to grow, processes and responsibilities may evolve, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Employees who prefer a highly structured environment may need time to adjust to the dynamic nature of the role.
