Pros
Reasonable pay, flexible hours.
Nice employees, I have never had any issues with the corporate office.
They provide uniforms and pay for all the testing, so there is very little out of pocket when you get hired. It is easy work once you get the hang of it with lots of downtime.
Cons
They hire a lot of part time guards, so this makes for a unpredictable amount of hours. In the security position I work in, I work 9+ hours without a lunch and a couple of bathroom breaks. However I am able to eat whenever I want. The main issue is that I work as a contractor for another company so I am viewed as the "black sheep".
