      If you're like me and you're lazy, the only con is that it's a six-day workweek.

      1. Communication with & exposure to multiple stakeholders - HEIs & Govt organisations 2. Knowing & assisting in implementing education-related govt policies & guidelines

      Cons

      1. Temporary/Contract-based employment 2. Inadequate workforce 3. Uneven distribution of workload – certain employees are overburdened with tasks, while others have significantly less 4. Inconsistent/Random salary structure – employees with more work & responsibilities are getting paid less than those with less 5. Disorganized & kinda biased management – lacks intent in addressing ongoing & genuine employee concerns & problems
