You work with families and provide services that will help the surrounding communities. Lots of wraparound services for those with different needs. Staff is for the most part very friendly and welcoming. The work environment is comfortable, laid back yet professional. Lots of diverse employers and good benefits and flexible schedule. On site parking and good location.

Health benefits are expensive and pay cuts have been made so the pay is low comparing to other agencies.
