NONE! There are NO Pros at all! Can not even think of 1 thing that I liked about this company.

If there was an option to give negative rating, I would give Project Guru a (-)100. This company is managed by an unprofessional and highly ignorant couple. I have seen 5 employees leaving company in front of me after serving proper notice period and still they were not provided documents and their salaries. The same happened with me! The management don't care if and how the company should be moving forward. They only care about earning enough to finance their own family trips. They have 10-15 employees working. And I don't think any one of them is happy working with them. Their salary structure is way below industry standards. Employees salary ranges between 18k to 27k. This is the salary employees get in this company (only if they actually get it, else they don't even get that).
