      they will train beginners well, esp in analysis and econometrics. I recvd free training in R and SAS. free breakfast and beverages all day.

      Work hours and work pressure which is all year round.

      Good salary, good workflow, good support from project handlers

      Cons

      Salary is always delayed. You'll be forced for regular work on freelance mode too. Senior management is so rude.

      Idiotic and bogus set of people, screwed my project, the only thing they were interested in, money, pay up front and forget despite asking them to work seriously.
