Pros

Comfortable work environment, great office spaces, and mostly friendly coworkers.

Cons

No career growth and employees often get away with unprofessional behavior. There is no culture of accountability. Most talented and hard working will carry deadweight, then eventually leave company.

Pros

I have been an employee of PCS for 20 years. Great company to work for as you never feel like you are only working for them, but working with the company. The autonomy to be creative in your approach to problem solving, the ability to be heard regarding issues and concerns really makes you feel like you are part of a team. A team that is willing to jump into a problem together and solve that problem. You could never tell by behavior and attitude who are the executives and directors of the company as they behave and perform side by side with any and all employees within a project scope or outside of the office. In other words there is a real family atmosphere here and that particular attention is paid to the mood and attitude of employees and there is a genuine concern for the well being of all employees. Challenging projects, success is rewarded, even in slow business periods the company has maintained its employee base without major layoffs. A very comforting factor for many here at PCS. I have had many opportunities to move on from PCS, but none of those opportunities could match the culture of this company.

Cons

Cell phones are a tool required in this day and age, yet only a handful of employees have their cell phone paid for by the company, but yet the use of cell phones in integral to performing our jobs. But this is minor compared to all the pluses.
