Pros
Project Coach pays excellent to their coaches and the job is very fun because you get to be a role model for other kids that look up to you. You also get to plan activities with your fellow coaches and it helps with teamwork.
Cons
Cons are that you have to work late and Project Coach takes place on school nights.
