      Pros

      You can tell Violet (CEO) really cares about her team. She makes a huge effort to make sure everyone is happy even when the healthcare industry was down. She has strong values that you can see reflected across Proje. I really enjoy being apart of this company.

      Cons

      Since its a virtual company where you travel every week you don't get to communicate face to face with the CEO or her administrative team very much.

      Consultants are knowledgeable and committed to client success Teamwork and collaboration within Projé Consultant Team is excellent Company culture is built on trust, integrity, excellence and growth but feels like a group of friends doing good work together! Lean management, ability to be agile and flexible to expedite results

      Cons

      It is a balancing act to find the right opportunities and the right consultants to fill the roles. We sometimes lose wonderful talent waiting for clients to make decisions to bring in resources.

      The leadership i the best I have ever worked with. This company cares about its employees and customers. Proje has a great company culture, things like great work/life balance, open communication and transparency, high integrity and also tons of fun. This is a great place to work with great people!
