Pros

The other specialists were wonderful. Truly had a passion for their career. The Toyota employees showed appreciation for the program

Cons

By far the the most toxic work environment I have ever experienced. Every employee who started off excited and ready to learn would be torn down until they hated the job so much they would take any other job in order to get out. Horrible pay and lack of leadership. Many employees left feeling like they made a mistake in career path because of how badly they were treated at this location.

Pros

Flexible shift length scheduling as long as working within pay period requirements for your position (ex, 5×8s, 4×10s, 5×7s) Flexible morning start time Experience with various patient populations (low to high acuity)

Cons

Unable to get PTO approved unless given a year in advance even for one day. You can't plan anything not knowing if you *might* have to work that weekend in 6 months. For appointments, they want you to leave and come back to work your full shift or make it up. Caseload scheduling is inefficient and administrative tasks eats into patient care time. There is minimal desire for management to create and implement solutions.
