      Cons

      Minimum 45 hour work week, most projects require overtime which is not compensated because the project was under bidded to get awarded the contract. Horrible location. Mostly, long hours without compensation.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. I never dread going to work. I look forward to the challenges that present themselves every day. Management seems to value their workforce and have a sense of job security. The owners of the company are involved every day and good people to work for.

      Cons

      Management sometimes has a hard time letting employees go who shouldn't be employed.
