Pros

I love the culture at Prog and we personal supervisors/managers they are always understandable and will to help with my personal growth. We have a lot of resources that can help with mentality, personal development and erg groups.

Cons

For as hard and as much as we work, the work life balance is not good for what we are paid. Other company’s are paying more. Although pay isn’t the best the people and cultures keep me here.
