Pros

Good and Affordable health care benefits and not a long waiting period for eligibility Easy job Not overly stressful Work from home

Cons

Slow systems, system glitches often, agents held responsible for issues via QA even though its out of agent control They are extremely nit picky for quality assurance and the verbiage you use. They laid me off while out on pto which I thought was extremely unprofessional.
