Pros

The people I worked with where amazing minus management.

Cons

Progressive Leasing tells their employees that they value people above all else but they honestly don’t. Letting someone go that has been with the company for almost 6 years without any advance notice is unacceptable. They want to tell us they are letting go 148 of us because of the “stock market going up and they can’t afford to keep us” but yet they just had a hiring class and actually one is currently happening as they let all 148 of us go and half of that number is tenured agents. Also management needs better people training skills and compassion. This company is so driven for the customer but not for the employees. I feel like employees are the front like of this job that’s why customers come back not because of management!! It’s because of the agents that used to work for progressive leasing because after today they lost a lot of hard working amazing agents.

Cons

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
