Pros

All levels of leadership are authentic, genuine and sincerely care about the employees. The company is committed to doing what’s right- for the customer AND their employees. Overall, Progressive operates with an impressively high level of integrity. There are some opportunities, as no employer is perfect, but this truly is a great place to work! They are fair and understanding - more so than any other place I’ve worked. I’ve worked here for 2.5 years and it has been a deeply appreciated blessing to me. I feel valued, respected, and encouraged to contribute new ideas. Progressive invests in their people and they aren’t afraid to go the extra mile to ensure that! Example: Each year they ADD additional benefits and perks; however, I have never had to pay more out of pocket for them! I understand that this may not always be the case, but knowing what the increase in healthcare costs were for 2018 speaks volumes to the care and concern Progressive has for their employees. THANK YOU!

Cons

Growing pains- sometimes their isn’t always a process or procedure in place for one-off things BUT I know that’s being worked on. It’s not an ignored thing from leadership. Patience is sometimes required- it’s something you need to be mindful of when working for a growing company. Trust the process and the intent of leadership- we’ll get there!

Innovation is encouraged at every level. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and often implemented, which makes the workplace feel dynamic and future‑focused. There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. Leaders actively encourage employees to stretch beyond their comfort zones, offering guidance and support along the way. Collaboration is valued, and cross‑functional teams are given the space to experiment and succeed together.

Cons

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
