Pros

Where do I begin... this company by far is the best company i've ever worked at. My stress levels ever since coming to work here from a competition company have dramatically gone down. I used to wake up almost in tears just at the thought of having to go to work for a company that did not acknowledge my talents and hard work. I even got in trouble a few times for having less than perfect customer support due to my stress levels being so high. Ever since I've been employed through to Progressive leasing I have learned that excellent customer service is possible as long as you have happy employees. I am very happy here and with that I have new found patience level I never knew I had. The culture here is so fun.

Cons

Would like to be earning a bit more but I am sure with time I will get there.

Innovation is encouraged at every level. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and often implemented, which makes the workplace feel dynamic and future‑focused. There’s a strong emphasis on professional growth. Leaders actively encourage employees to stretch beyond their comfort zones, offering guidance and support along the way. Collaboration is valued, and cross‑functional teams are given the space to experiment and succeed together.

Cons

As with any fast‑moving, innovative environment, priorities can shift quickly. It requires adaptability, but the upside is constant learning
