      Pros

      Quick interview process, recruiters get back to you quickly, willing to work around your schedule when coordinating interview conference calls.

      Cons

      Process for submitting timesheets and expenses very antiquated -(This is supposed to be "Progressive IT") Once on-board, HR take a while to get back to you. Getting re-reimbursed is a challenge.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at Progressive IT is the autonomy all employees have. This is a very flat and organic company structure. The benefits are good and there is an awesome work/life balance that is hard to find in other companies in this industry. This is the type of environment where people tend to look at the larger picture of life and stay above trivial situations.

      Cons

      Training is minimal but if you need guidance you can ask anyone and they will help you.

      Pros

      Once you are hired 9/10 you wont here from them again unless there is an issue, but overall they are great to work for and pleasent to talk to.

      Cons

      There are no benefits, no PTO, no Paid vacations, no holiday pay
