      PDI does great work within the community. The people are amazing. Pay isn't bad for Clarksville. Benefits are improving.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts can be long, but having 3-4 days off a week is nice.

      Pros

      You get paid for the time you work. It's a fulfilling job to help individuals that are intellectually and developmentally disabled.

      Cons

      Management are not proactive, do not listen, do not take take the ones that work in the field seriously when they give concerns, dismissive, say one thing and do another, basically lie.
