Pros

This company wants to invest in their employees – they hire intelligent people who want to learn, while also helping current employees progress. They are patient throughout the learning process and willing to help employees better themselves, for the sake of the employee's future, as well as for the betterment of the company. Employees of all different experience levels work together, all learning from and helping each other without turning up their nose. Management understands that “life happens” and as long as you get your work done, they will help you maintain a great work-life balance. I left a Big 4 company to take this position at PDI and I do not regret it one bit. My managers work with me on improvements, and make sure that hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Cons

While the company is actively working on growing the employee count, they are still a pretty small company. There are inevitable quirks that come with being part of a small company as they work on perfecting their growth strategy. The administration team sees this most often, especially since the admin team has grown significantly in the last year. Employees are sometimes dependent on admin to help with things that they have access to, but that has changed in the last few months as the admin team has dispersed responsibilities amongst admin team members and created systems that provide employees resources.
