      Compensation for salaried staff is competitive. Benefits are also decent and PTO policy is generous.

      Cons

      Compensation for hourly staff is not as competitive as larger health systems, making recruitment difficult and causing lots of turnover in support roles. It's hard to run a business with that much turnover.

      Cons

      Poor communication, constant changes to policies and workflows. Staff members make mistakes and aren’t held accountable to improve. Limited to no growth in roles.
