Pros

direct coworkers- although all extremely burnt out from lack of support from the top

Cons

This is absolutely the most toxic company to work for. There is not support from the top and they are content with over packing patient each day to the capacity of 17+ a day for each therapist. Many times more! I was at the front desk level and this was drilled into me during numerous, pointless conference calls. The pay for front desk in comparison to the amount of work and stress they want you to endure is disgusting and the raises are laughable. Do NOT work for this company if at all possible!

Pros

Direct clinical coworkers are wonderful, talented people Compensation is average to slightly higher for the current job market

Cons

Management is truly the worst I've ever experienced in my career. - rude and extremely abrasive to employees - rude to clients - power hungry - overall lack of people and management skills - well known for firing employees without just cause - keeping everything "in the family" even if that individual lacks the required skills or ability to perform the position they've inherited - failure to provide proper training to new employees - often displays misogynist qualities - obsession with physical growth, lack of proper maintenance - concentration on quantity of patients at a clinic without any consideration for quality of care - inability to adapt to changing times, makes decisions based on the concept of "this is how we've always done it" - inability to consider employee suggestions/accept criticism - complete lack of interdepartmental communication skills
