Great job, toxic work environment - SUD Counselor Progress House Employee Review

The counselors are intelligent, compassionate, and committed to making a healthy, safe space for clients to engage in their program and make a better future for themselves.

I left because upper management lost sight of the purpose of Progress House. It became all about the money, they disgraced the name Non-Profit in an attempt to make themselves look better to the board of directors.

Counselors are compassionate, clients are great

Upper management is out of touch, CEO greedy and shady, false promises, expired food, run down facilities, seems to be a bias against women, favoritism among staff, unethical living, no resources for LOCAL clients since CEO burned bridges.
