Worst management with some mid level or talentless employee - Executive Programming Hero Employee Review

There are a lot which I can't describe appropriately with writing. The management is just worst, team leads are kind of talentless people who thinks there subordinates are not human. Low salary, huge work load. Each team is mismanaged, but the coo and ceo have no concerns at all. No career growth.
