Pros

Work From Home but on a leash

Cons

The company does not have any long term projects. They call themselves the biggest IBMi company but no they are not. They hardly have any projects and they survive in high billing depending on one or two projects. The management does not give clarity on your assignments if you are in bench or you are about to go to bench. They will indirectly harass you so that you will leave the company on your own. They will give you money but in return they will take away your peace of mind. You are screwed if you are out of project or not being billed, be ready to be laid off. They lay off on their own but they will make the environment such that you will leave on your own. I feel the company lacks integrity, they call themselves a "humane" company but sadly they are not. For them individuals are just bodies giving them billing they are not bothered about your career or life. Do not join this company, its not safe and not worth the unnecessary pressure if you are a fresher you can attempt but if you are a senior resource and have responsibilities then please dont join this company

Pros

- Acts like a family - Overall nice people

Cons

- Useless ineffectual management that severely lacks people management skills - NO communication between leaders whatsoever - Stupid company wide choices made on a whim based on what the CEO THINKs will be a good market choice. (It's not) - Overly eager to buy out new entities without actually doing anything with existing assets. - Nobody knows what anyone else is doing and if you ask they'll ignore you
