The people as in team members are good, they support each other and help each other out

Cons

CFO has no accountability to anyone, Is 2 faced and only worries about herself and her little entourage. Another Manager doesn't know how to deal with day to day upsets within her team so runs to HR every 5 minutes for them to deal with trivial issues. No room to grow. Poor Management all round
