Pros
The people are great but not many Pros when I resigned. The best part was leaving as it became a stepping stone in my next role.
Cons
In no particular order - Limited training and ZERO Career advancement opportunities. - A bullying culture from managers. - Managers recruiting friends with zero experience in their roles & then giving these friends management positions within the company - Was given the silent treatment when I handed in my resignation by my manager. - Was given the extra workload of 2 people with no assistance or compensation. I was told "that's how it's going to be". Pretty comforting. -The new guard prancing around like their crap doesn't stink. You can tell who they are because they actually reviewed this place with 5 stars on this very platform. - Saying goodbye to some very good people.
