      Une forte croissance au cours des dernières années. Mes collègues souhaitent créer des produits à la pointe du marché, ce qui est motivant. Les gestionnaires remettent en question les pratiques et le statu quo de manière pragmatique et humaine, rendant le travail encore plus intéressant.

      Cons

      Il faut garder le rythme, ce n'est pas une place pour le monde qui veulent être relaxe.

      Fair compensation, creativity is encouraged, no micromanagement, everyone's opinions count, and a pleasant small company vibe.

      Cons

      Since the office is in Quebec and I live in Michigan there is very little face time with my coworkers.

      Work from home, good salary

      Cons

      High micromanaging, everyone fears the CEO and only told her what she wants to hear instead of sharing the truth about what is really happening. Highly toxic environment, lot's of gossip, favoritism and misogyny.
