Pros
Excellent Staff/Peers, GREAT Manager of IT Mathew Storms, GREAT Supervisor but gone now John Miele. Well run lean company, above average benefits, treat employees extremely well. Very Competitive wages too.
Cons
Because they are a Pharmaceutical Company, their livelihood depends on inventing/developing new products. If their Scientists don't come up with a "Wonder Drug" every 4-5 years, stability is an issue from a employment perspective.
TOO MUCH documentation to the point of overkill (and I was in the Military 10 Years, so that's saying something). There is duplication and excessive bureaucracy which eventually HAS to effect their bottom line, which if effectively minimized/managed, could save the company enough $$$ to keep more employees on.
