Still searching ..... after long years of journey

1. The salary has been getting delayed from more than a year and it has been due for the past 2 quarters. 2. The company struggles to maintain work life balance. 3. The company has salary dues of more than 50 Lacs. Company had a strength of 50 plus people but all of them had been forced to leave the company but now only 2 employees are remaining in the company which had joined as freshers. They aren't paid for the last 9 months(3 months of internship and 6 months of salary) 4. The CEO talks very rudely and his behavior is very inhuman towards the employees of the company. 5. They won't even respond to your e-mails and queries even after lot of follow-ups. 6. As the financial crisis started increasing the CEO used the money only for himself and stopped paying his employees. 7. The company fails to deliver the project commitments and that's why to fail to regain long term returns from the employees. 8. The upper management would try to call the ex-employees and ask them to help with the code and product for free. 9. The company would hire employees from campus and will not pay them for the internship. They would also decrease their offer letter and if employees raise their voice against it, they would threaten them to write bad reviews in their reliving letter.
