You work directly with the executive director, have ability to create your own schedule, much room for individual work while easy accessibility to ask questions. Wonderful atmosphere to intern in as a student. Overall an outstanding non-profit that is doing incredible work in India. You learn about the ins and outs of a small international NGO.
