      Pros

      Slow and steady wins the race. The company has been laser focused on modernization for 22 years, and is continuously but carefully creating new solutions that support that modernization focus. Some companies rush to grow and they experience great risk as a result...but Profound has remained resolute to provide state-of-the-art solutions to our community in a staged approach that insures that they provide a fully-integrated solution for their clients.

      Cons

      While growth is great, there's a reason that a concept exists in business and personal life about "growing pains". As the company grows in employee size, client size, and solution size, a more structured environment becomes necessary. While changes are exciting, they are usually a basis for frustration to some or all.

      Pros

      great leadership and culture with a strong PMF.

      Cons

      The market is shrinking each year, but still a large prospect base. So right now not a lot of cons. i will say AI is changing the game.. tough to know at this time if it is a con for this space.. I think it's probably a pro at this point.
